Check out PEN15 Club

We don't blog very often... well not often enough but getting around to it. One of the joys is to check out the feed from the boys at PEN15 and every so often receive the podcast (which I listen to on the mp3 player on the cold winter mornings on the way to work). Promise I'll write more often, need to get into a routine.

Their latest blog mentions Joan Rivers and the Logies. Love it. Thought the same thing at the time. Keep up the good work boys! We hear you way down here and love it.

Need to find some other blogs and stuff of a similar ilk from an Australian perspective. About all I keep coming across is Big Brother videos (yawn) and it gets a bit boring. Seen so many shower scenes (ok so it's not that boring) but it would be good if someone could rip it to shreads a bit. If anyone knows of any good blogs let us know.

There is a link to them on the right side so add them to your feeds.

Looks like we are going to add Russia to the start of the trip instead of Hong Kong. Always wanted to check out Moscow and St Petersburg. Then the itinerary joins back up (minus Los Angeles). More details to come.

Useless People - Howard

Can't stand this guy. Anyone but this wanker. Him an his nasty little Government. Well eventually they will fall. Can't wait for that day. Tampa, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Wheat Board Scandal, the way we treat refugees. Funny how they can never remember anything when they don't need to.

But my favorite gripe against them (he especially) is that they will not recognize my relationship fully with my boyfriend making sure that legislation specifically says so, yet in the legal definition of relationship in the Terrorist legislation it specifically makes mention of a relationship to include"same sex".

Bet all the gay terrorists out there must be over the moon.

Also my Commonwealth Superannuation also makes specific mention that my nasty same sex partner can never get their hands on it.

Well by the time I retire John Winston Howard will have been a distant memory and the world would have progressed far beyond his 1950's useless view of the world.

Rawhide Tickets

Went down Commercial Rd and picked up the tickets from Hares and Hyinas for Rawhide for Good Friday. They said there weren't many tickets left so at least they are in our hot little hands. Caught up with Paula and had some lunch. Both her and Jim will be there so it will be lots of fun. Anyone else in Melbourne going to this? If so post something. Actually no-one probably knows this site exists so maybe not likely!

Under the Clocks & Cocks

Well here's a picture of Flinders Street Station. It's surprisingly in Flinders Street on the corner of Swanston Street in between the Yarra River in the City of Melbourne. If you have ever been here before you would of most likely have seen it or remembered it. We just live up the road and around the corner.

If you have a closer look (click on the pic) you might see all the clocks that people refer when they say "Meet me under the clocks". I changed the blog site to say "Cocks" simply because I can and have a dirty mind.

Now if I can just work out how to put this pic in the heading somehow that would be just fab.

Around the World - Sep/Oct 2006

OK started thinking about this and where we are likely to end up. At the moment it looks like the following destinations, more of a world tour of some of the big cities of the world although there are many more to see.
  • Melbourne - Australia
  • Hong Kong - China
  • Frankfurt - Germany
  • Berlin - Germany
  • Paris - France
  • London - UK
  • New York - US
  • Washington - US
  • Chicago - US
  • Las Vegas - US
  • Los Angeles - US
  • San Francisco - US
  • Soeul - South Korea
  • Home

If you are iny of these cities and we are passing by there is always the chance that we might be able to catch up. Contact us through this website.

Starting it off

This is a site for all ramblings gay from the City of Melbourne, in the State of Victoria, Australia. Freezing my tits off since summer has left us and it's time to get ready for the colder months. So what better to do than write stuff in this? Well will give it a go anyway and see what happens.
